When looking at your project, you can search for, find and isolate areas of the data that you might be interested in. These can then be "dragged n dropped" over to the analysis pane.
Your analysis results are immediate and always reflect the latest data available in your project.
1. Drag and drop into the analysis drop zone area
The first step is to create or load a project.A Harmoni Project is a collection of data sources that can be harmonized, designed, analyzed, visualized, and shared with others. Learn more about Projects. Projects are created and accessed through the PROJECTS in the global navigation.
To begin your investigation, drag and drop the variables you’re interested in from the Project TreeThe dictionary for the loaded project. into the analysis drop zone area.Learn more about Analysis Drop Zones.
Using the down or across drop zones is the primary form of analysis. From here, other drop zones become available.
2. Interact with your analysis
You can make changes in your analysis through the Select and Modify menus as well as directly on your table through various table analysis options.
The SelectLearn more about select. menu appears as soon as you click on the interactive title. Items can be included/excluded from the analysis using the select menu and drop boxes. You can also select the default and preferred settings when saving an analysis into a story.
The ModifyLearn more about modify. menu expands and shows relevant options as soon as you interact with the table, for example, after selecting a column. Alternatively, you can click on the Modify icon in the top menu.
3. Visualize analysis
Harmoni automatically offers the best graph type based on your investigating data. Creating a graph is as simple as clicking on visualizeLearn more about visualize. in the menu bar.
