At Infotools, we are dedicated to helping you get the most value out of your research investment. With your Harmoni license, you have access to a wide range of support resources.
You can contact support through the web widget in Harmoni or by sending us an email to Support@infotools.com. After submitting a support request, you can track its progress using the help center.

1. How to access the help center
To access the support help center, you can log in at https://support.infotools.com. The Sign in option is located in the top right corner.
You will need to enter your user name and password. If this is the first time logging into the support help center you have two options:
a. Emailed us for support? Get a password
- If you have contacted support through the web widget in Harmoni or by emailing Support@infotools.com, choose this option.
- Provide the email you used and follow the instructions to set up your password.
b. New to Harmoni Support? Sign up
- If this is the first time you are contacting us, please choose this option.
2. Track your requests
To track your support requests, click your profile icon on the upper-right side and then click Requests.
By default, the page displays all requests that you have submitted. You can also choose to view requests you have been copied on.
Ticket Status
The ticket statuses are located under the Status column.
- Open - indicates that the support team is actively working on resolving the request.
- Awaiting your reply - shows that the support team is waiting for additional information from you.
- Solved - means that the request has been resolved.
To see more details about a request
To see further information about a request, just click on the request title. You can also add more details in this section instead of responding via email.
